Hi, it's Llance from Keep Life Tasty. We're going to make a grilled sesame eggplant. So I've got my eggplant here, and I've already sliced it up into some flat sides. And what you want to do is you want to salt it a little bit to get that bitterness out of it. And once you salt it, then wash it off and dry it off really quickly.
So I have my finished eggplant here. Got nice grill marks. Now I've already got some olive on. I'm going to add just a little bit more. And what I'm going to do now is I'm going to put some of our pfsh sauce on here, and that's going to give it umami flavor.
And then I'll flip it, put on the other side. And now we're going to put our smoke za'atar seasoning on this. This is very much a Mediterranean flavor. Got that on there. And we're going to flip that over. We're going to serve it on a plate. And we'll add some Sesame seeds. And there you have grilled eggplant sesame.
