Peri's GarLic it! Scallops Serves 4 - 1.5 lbs of dry sea scallops with muscle removed - 2 tsp or butter - 1 - 2 tbsp of Savory Basil GarLic it! Rinse the scallops then dry off. Add butter to saute pan on medium heat and wait for it to melt, then add the scallops and put on high heat. Sear the scallops until brown on each side. This should take less then 4 minutes total (less then 2 minuted for each side). Take pan off heat, then add Savory Basil GarLic it!to the top of the scallops, mix the sliced garlic and oil untill all the scallops are covered, then serve right away. 12 ounces of white wine
36 small clams in shells, scrubbed
3 tbsp of GarLic it! Savory Basil Sliced Garlic
Add wine to a large skillet and bring to a simmer, then add all clams. Cover and let simmer until all clams open, then add GarLic it! Savory Basil Sliced Garlic. Stir well throughout the clams, so the garlic falls into the clam shells. Take off heat and then serve. GarLic it! Lite Chicken Carbonara Serves 6 - 1 lb of spaghetti - 2 tsp of canola oil - 1 whole chicken breast (usually comes in 2 halves) - 6 egg whites - 4 ounces of light cream cheese - 1/2 cup of light sour cream - 3 tbsp of GarLic it! Savory Basil Sliced Garlic - 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon - 2 tbsp of grated parmesean Bring a large pot to a boil and let the spaghetti cook until firm. Cut the chicken into small bite size pieces and then saute with canola oil. While the chicken is cooking, in a mixing bowl combine the egg whites, cream cheese, sour cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the chopped turkey bacon to the chicken and cook slightly until chicken is brown, then add the contents of the bowl to the mixture on a low heat. Stir until the cheese has melted, then add the GarLic it! Savory Basil Sliced Garlic. Stir until all the contents are mixed together. Drain the spaghetti and combine in the sauce, mix and then serve.
