Savory Broth Smoothie Recipe

Cold broth is actually better than it sounds.  We've heard from some that they will steep Millie's Sipping Broth, then cool it in the refrigerator over night and drink it.  We were inspired by this to bring you an even better way to try it cold: A savory smoothie!

Enjoy Millie's Sipping Broth in the summer with this recipe for a great alternative to sugary juice smoothies.

Millie's Spicy Gazpacho Smoothie

-2 Roma tomatoes 
-1/2 red, green or yellow bell pepper 
-1/2 cucumber (seeds removed)
-1/2 medium avocado
-1 tsp olive oil
-1 tablespoon chopped red onion
-2 Millie's Delight Pho or Millie's Spicy Tortilla broth bags (tear open and add contents to mix)
-1 cup (125g) ice cubes

Blend everything until well mixed.  Makes 2 servings

Optional Add ins:
-1 tbsp of GarLic it! Caramelized Garlic Finish
-1 tsp lime juice
-Pinch of salt or pepper
-A few grinds from Millie's Red Pepper Blend Broth Dazzler
